Himalayan Grill

I’ve been ordering food to go here since 2021. First time dining in and it was a good experience. Went in on a Friday around 1230pm and fairly busy but not too bad. I ordered a glass of red wine & vegetable samosas (paired well deliciously 🤩), butter chicken, chicken lo mein and cheese naan. All were yummy. I recommend their food!

One of my favorite places to go for buttered chicken or tikka masala. And that himalyan special naan of theirs is quite wonderful to dip in curry. Eating there has its perks as well, first time having lentil soup and it was delicious and it was included for free.

The food was good, but average nothing extraordinary. Although, the service is a little slow. Had to wait an hour after ordering to get the food (maybe because of a lot of delivery orders but should prioritize people in the restaurant over delivery services) Chana masala: 3 ⭐ Paneer tikka masala: 2 ⭐ (it was very sweet) Veg Momo's: 3 ⭐ Naan: 4 ⭐ Lentil soup: 3 ⭐

Himalayan Grill has a good deal with the lunch special if you like to try multiple menu items. The food may take a while if you arrive right at the opening time as there are take-out orders that come and go. Seating is plentiful during the lunch hour. I especially like that they have a changing vegetarian special for the lunch menu.

Update review-We haven’t really been back here for over a year! It’s so close to us and we should have it more because the food here is so delicious, plus their price is so reasonable. We went there on a Friday night, it’s packed. Although they are slow, their service is still good. We are very satisfied with the foods we ordered, I had a vegetable coconut curry and my hubby had a chicken chilli, both are amazingly delicious! We will definitely come back more! Previous review- One of my favorite restaurants in this neighborhood. We came here a lot before pandemic and we tried their lunch buffets, they were amazing. But they don’t serve buffet anymore. It’s fine because their foods are always so delicious, and the price is very reasonable. I recommend my all the time favorites, saag paneer, chicken tandoori and garlic naans. We also tried their fried rice this time, it’s so yummy as well. I will definitely come back here to try more things.
