the flavor that stays in your mouth and you can’t stop eating it. Himalayan Taste in Temecula is a must-visit for anyone who loves flavorful Himalayan and Indian cuisine. The dumplings (momos) were perfectly steamed with a savory filling and just the right amount of spice. The tikka curry was rich, aromatic, and well-balanced — tender meat in a creamy, flavorful sauce that hits all the right notes. Portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Cozy atmosphere and authentic flavors make this spot a favorite for both casual meals and special dinners.

The chicken tikka was a bit sweet. And we ordered vegetables pakora( they were too crispy ) didn’t have much filling . I do recommend try their chicken momos it was 10/10 Good atmosphere , good sitting .

We stumbled upon Himalayan Taste Restaurant by chance—our favorite spot was closed for the Easter, so we decided to give this place a try. And wow, what a pleasant surprise! We ordered the Dal Soup, Lamb Choila, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Beingian Chicken. Everything was flavorful, but a couple of dishes truly stood out. The Dal Soup was comforting and full of rich, earthy flavor—definitely one of our favorites. But the real star of the evening was the Lamb Tikka Masala. It was a masterpiece. The layers of spices and perfectly cooked lamb were on another level—bold, complex, and deeply satisfying. Himalayan Taste turned out to be an unexpected gem, and we’re already planning to return!

My favorite Indian food restaurant! Delicious every time I order and I always recommend this place to new people. They have plenty of space for large groups and the interior is bright and relaxed.

The food here was absolutely divine. Small but cozy setup. We ordered the lamb korma and chicken tikka masala with naan. The rice comes with the entrees which was a surprise. Both dishes were so tasty and full of flavors. The services were outstanding. Very attentive and so on point.
