Momo's Grill & Hookah deserves way more credit than it gets! The staff here were beyond nice and honestly more attentive than some of the nicest five-star restaurants I've been to. The hookah, especially the Lady Killer, was really good, and the kebab with rice was delicious too. The ambiance is super chill, especially on a nice day. The only minor annoyance was having to use a bathroom code since it's a shared space, but that's no big deal. Plus, if you're not feeling Mediterranean food, they're conveniently located next to a bunch of ramen spots, so you can mix things up--grab some hookah and then hit up a ramen stand. Overall, this place is really cool and deserves more props for what it delivers. Five stars!
If you’re in search of a laid-back, casual dining experience with flavorful Mediterranean cuisine and the option to enjoy hookah, Momo’s Grill & Hookah is a spot worth visiting. Located in a vibrant area, Momo’s offers a welcoming atmosphere perfect for winding down with friends or enjoying a relaxed evening out. This was my second visit, and I’m already looking forward to the next. The food is consistently fantastic—authentic, well-seasoned, and freshly prepared. Their menu features a wide variety of Mediterranean favorites, and the portions are generous. The staff are friendly, attentive, and contribute to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of Momo’s is their hookah selection. With numerous flavors available, it’s a great place for both hookah enthusiasts and newcomers. I personally recommend trying “Lady Killer”—a smooth, flavorful option that pairs well with the chill vibe of the restaurant. Due to its popularity, especially on weekends, I suggest arriving early to secure a good table and avoid waiting. Whether you’re visiting for the food, the hookah, or both, Momo’s Grill & Hookah delivers a great combination of comfort, taste, and atmosphere. It’s definitely a place you’ll want to return to.
This restaurant charges an automatic 18% surcharge regardless of the amount of people eating and this amount is fixed and they won’t change it. They also charge 3% credit card fees. Overpriced food, I’d understand if this was little more upscale but honestly wasn’t. Overall, I’ll not comeback again.
I’ve had poor customer service here on three different visits, which is disappointing given the prices they charge. Most recently, my guest and I ordered the exact same items as another table seated right next to us. We ordered first, yet their food arrived about 17 minutes before ours. It really felt like the servers were choosing who to prioritize based on personal judgment, which is unacceptable. If you’re charging premium prices, customers deserve consistent and respectful service — not selective treatment.
I have been to this place many times because its close to my house. Mainly foe the hookah. The hookah is below average at best. The charcoal they use is very cheap quality. There is always an issue with the hookah and I always have to fix it myself to get it working properly but because of the charcoal quality, it never really gets to peak. Very low volume smoke. Service is slow and the wifi is down more than it works. You would think a place that has hookah would have better wifi. I will say the staff if really friendly but slow. Lastly, everytime I go I have a different price for hookah. They charge a 18% service charge when I go by myself. That is way to much for attending to the hookah one time and having to chase down the waiter for help or more coals. The continous change in prices for the hookah rubbed me the wrong way and probably will not go back. Expect to pay 35-45 for hookah depending on who rings you up.
